Applesauce Jellied Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. applesauce (not cinnamon)
    1 (3 oz.) apricot jello
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    1 (12 oz.) can Sprite (regular or diet)
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped apple (I use Delicious)
    2 tsp. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat applesauce until bubbly. Stir in and dissolve jellos. Stir in Sprite (fill foam up), orange peel and juice. Chill until partially set. Add chopped apple and nuts. Turn into greased mold. Chill until firm.
    Turn on plate and decorate with sugared green and purple grapes, if desired.
