Catfish Mulldown - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. catfish, fried
    2 large onions
    1 qt. tomatoes or to taste
    4 lb. potatoes or as desired
    1 c. catsup
    hot sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry catfish and remove from bones.
    Layer catfish, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Top with catsup and hot sauce. Simmer on low heat until potatoes and onions are done, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
