Grilled Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 skinned, boned chicken breasts, split
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 c. olive oil or salad oil
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into 6 wedges
    romaine lettuce
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    freshly ground pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in shallow pan.
    Combine salad dressing mix and oil.
    Pour over chicken breasts; toss to coat well.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Place chicken on greased grill over glowing coals.
    Grill, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, brushing frequently with marinade.
    Remove from grill. Place vegetables on grill; turn frequently until just crisp, about 3 minutes.
    Place romaine lettuce on serving platter.
    Arrange chicken breasts on lettuce with broccoli and peppers.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
