Cream Of Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 bunch broccoli, steamed and chopped
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix together butter and flour over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and bouillon, whipping until mixed.
    Mix in Velveeta and broccoli and stir occasionally until thick and creamy, about 10 to 15 minutes.
