Cafe Au Lait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. heavy whipping cream
    2 c. brewed Cajun Coffee (see recipe)
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Scald cream in a small saucepot over medium-high heat.
    Do not boil.
    Add the hot Cajun Coffee.
    Blend well into the cream and sweeten with sugar.
