Volcano Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
    2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
    onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
    cornstarch (to thicken broth)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small onion, chopped and diced
    1 can La Choy chow mein noodles
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 to 1 c. sunflower kernels
Preparation
    Prepare chicken by boiling it and debone and dice.
    Cool chicken.
    Thicken broth with cornstarch.
    Prepare rest of ingredients into individual bowls.
    Prepare the rice.
    It takes about 5 minutes.
    Place on plate in following order:
    rice, chicken, gravy, pineapple, onion, celery, sunflower kernels, coconut, chow mein noodles and gravy again.
