Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. white corn syrup
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. peanut butter
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy pan and bring very slowly to boil, stirring until all sugar is melted.
    Cover and boil without stirring for 3 minutes so all sugar crystals are dissolved.
    Uncover and boil on medium heat to 240\u00b0.
    Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes.
    Do not stir.
