Chewy Chocolate Meltaway Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 bag Hickory Farms meltaway mints
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and salt.
    Beat well. Add flour, cocoa and baking soda.
    Mix well.
    Drop onto ungreased baking sheet by rounded teaspoonfuls.
    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Top with mint and bake for 2 minutes more.
    Spread mint over top of cookies.
    Great at Christmas time.
