Bernice'S Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp cheese, finely grated
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. cake or plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into a stick about as thick as a half dollar.
    Chill and slice into really thin slices.
    Leave plenty of room on the baking sheet for them to spread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
