Tortilla Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. chopped ham
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together peas, onion, tomatoes, ham and leave overnight to blend flavors.
    Scramble eggs and put in a pan.
    Cook like an omelet with mixture in center.
