Chicken Louise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped celery, broccoli tops or steamed asparagus (choose 1)
1 1/2 c. flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. paprika
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 small carton half and half
slivered almonds
8 chicken breasts, boned and cut in 1-inch wide strips
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with 1/2-inch of one vegetable (celery, broccoli or asparagus).
Cut chicken in strips. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Roll chicken in flour mixture, then brown chicken in butter.
Lay chicken on top of vegetable.
Mix cheese, soup and half and half and pour over chicken.
Top with slivered almonds and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
