Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (7 oz.) tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine tuna, soup, egg yolks, crumbs, onion, parsley and lemon juice.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Turn into well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
