Barbecued Chicken(Yield: 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken fryer
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
2 dashes red pepper sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces; cut each breast half into halves. Arrange chicken, skin sides up and thickest parts to outside, in oblong baking dish, (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch).
