Skinny Ranch Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) carton nonfat cottage cheese
    1 (1.1 oz.) envelope reduced calorie Ranch-style salad dressing mix
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in an electric blender; process until smooth.
    Serve with vegetables.
    Yields 3 cups (12 calories, 0% from fat per tablespoon).
