Patty'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 tsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the first 8 ingredients.
    Chill and roll in small balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes at 400\u00b0.
