Sangria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. red wine (about 750 ml. bottle)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brandy or orange liqueur (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill 3 to 24 hours. Pour over ice. Serve with a slice of lemon or lime. Serves 8 to 10.
