Strawberry Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. whipping cream
fresh whole strawberries

Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine cheese, sugar and salt.
Add 2 tablespoons whipping cream.
Beat until fluffy.
Whip remaining cream; fold into cheese mixture.
Spoon over berries.
Makes 1 3/4 cups sauce.
