Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns (fresh or frozen)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a baking pan, cover bottom of pan with potatoes.
Mix sour cream, onions and cheese together and place on top of the potatoes.
Then add melted oleo and crumbled corn flakes.
Cover and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover for last 15 minutes.
