Hot Artichoke Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
    1/4 c. bread crumbs, coarse and dry
    1/2 tsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in butter.
    Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together in bowl.
    Pour mixture into buttered 11 x 17 x 1 pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Cut into squares and serve hot.
