Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. American cheese
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    paprika
Preparation
    Let cheese get to room temperature.
    Mix everything together. Separate into 3 balls.
    Sprinkle with paprika on wax paper and roll into 3 logs.
    Place in refrigerator until chilled.
    Slice and serve on tray surrounded by crackers and olives.
