Spinach Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust mix or sticks (2 crusts)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 diced onions
    2 tsp. dill
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute 2 tablespoons butter and onions.
    Add dill and parsley and saute 5 minutes.
    Cook spinach, drain and cool.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add to butter and onions.
    Beat eggs.
    Add cheeses.
    Mix together.
    Make pie dough and roll thin.
    Brush with rest of melted butter.
    Spread spinach mixture on dough and roll in jelly roll fashion.
    Place on flat cookie sheet.
    Pierce dough with fork.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Slice.
    Can be made ahead and reheated.
