Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced American cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. instant rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice for 5 minutes in water and salt listed.
    Then combine with rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
