Refrigerator Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. shelled finely chopped nuts
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    9 oz. carton Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant pudding
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly.
    Stir in nuts.
    Put into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until golden brown and cool. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    Fold in 1/2 carton of Cool Whip; spread over cool crust.
    In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour over cheese layer.
    Frost with remaining Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
