Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    6 slices mild cheese, cut into small pieces
    1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Fill casserole with 1 layer of potatoes, then one layer cheese, onions, salt and pepper.
    Repeat until all is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender and brown.
