Chicken With Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    6 c. cooked rice
    salt and hot pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once, until cooked through, adding oil as needed.
    Set aside.
