Margrethe'S Krumkake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
3 or 4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, butter and vanilla.
Beat.
Add flour and milk alternately.
Bake in krumkake iron on medium heat. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of batter in center of iron.
Close and turn iron.
Bake krumkake light golden brown.
Remove krumkake quickly with wooden spatula.
Immediately roll on cone shape.
Remove cone and cool krumkake (seam down).
Store airtight.
Makes 98 or 102.
