Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 cloves garlic
    1 large green pepper
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. basil
    4 to 5 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large onion
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    12 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. box lasagna noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a large, deep baking dish or pan.
    Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger and sausage.
    Mince garlic cloves and add to meat.
    Chop onion, pepper and add to meat; cook until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Then add sliced mushrooms and dry seasonings.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Layer in deep dish pan:
    meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, both kinds of cheese, noodles, meat sauce, cheeses, noodles, meat sauce, etc. until all is gone (2 to 3 layers).
    End with cheese on top.
    Bake until top is brown, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
