Impossible Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. rum
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
4 eggs
15 oz. can cream of coconut
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).
Beat all except coconut for 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater.
Pour into plate.
Sprinkle with coconut. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Garnish with sliced pineapple and whipped cream, if desired.
Refrigerate any remaining pie.
