Potatoes Romaine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked potatoes, diced
2 tsp. salt
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. minced onion
1 small clove garlic or dash of garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
paprika
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients; pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
