Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms, soup and water. Make thick hamburger patties, about 5 to a pound.
    Roll patties in flour; lightly sear in small amount of shortening.
    Place in a greased baking dish and pour over with mushrooms, soup and water. Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
