Peanut Cream Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. chocolate chips, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. finely chopped peanuts, I use dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add egg and beat at medium speed 2 to 3 minutes.
    Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Spread 1 cup chocolate filling evenly into Keebler extra 2 servings graham cracker crust.
    Reserve remaining chocolate filling for top of pie.
    Sprinkle with peanuts.
