Marinated Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced Brussels sprouts
1 c. thinly sliced yellow squash
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
3/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
Preparation
-
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, except radishes.
Cover and chill 12 hours or overnight.
Stir occasionally.
Add radishes before serving. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
