Strips Of Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    another 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in shortening and add all ingredients except flour, 1/2 cup of water and sour cream.
    Cook slowly until tender.
    Mix flour and 1/2 cup water; stir slowly into meat mixture.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with Sour Cream Puffs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
