Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1-2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1-2 jalapenos, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    Newman's own oil/vinegar dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour salad dressing over mix.
    Chill for at least 1 hour.
    Serve with Fritos or corn chips.
