Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple with syrup
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 sticks butter, sliced in 1/4-inch pats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed tightly
Preparation

Dump the pineapple (without draining) into pan and spread over bottom.
Add the cherry pie filling and spread that, too.
Sift the cake mix over the fruit as evenly as possible.
Sprinkle with pecans over the cake mix.
Distribute butter pats evenly over the mixture, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
Serve hot with ice cream or cold with whipped cream.
