Lizzie'S Meat Balls With Corn And Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, grated
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground sage
1 can whole kernel corn
1 green pepper, cut in rings
lard or oil
Preparation

Combine meat, crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly.
Form into small balls and roll in flour.
Brown balls in lard or oil.
Saute slowly until meat is cooked through.
Heat corn and green pepper rings.
Transfer to hot serving platter. Arrange meat balls on top of corn and green pepper rings.
Serve. Serves 6 to 8.
