Potatoes Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Thinly slice potatoes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
    Layer potatoes in dish; top with onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over top.
    Bake until potatoes are tender, about 35 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
