Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped scallops
    1/2 c. chopped clams or 1/2 c. canned clams
    1/2 c. Maine shrimp
    1 large onion, minced
    1 lb. haddock fillets
    1 c. water
    salt, pepper and thyme to your taste
    2 chicken bouillon pkg.
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Add all the ingredients except milk.
    Simmer on low until onion is tender. Add milk and simmer.
    Top with a teaspoon of butter per serving. Serve with oyster crackers or bread.
