Texas Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream-style corn
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Blend together and bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Melt a stick of butter or margarine; pour over the bread when it is done.
