Cholesterol Free Fruit Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Coffee Rich
    3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    3/4 c. oat bran flakes cereal
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. chopped, pitted dates
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Add enough water to Coffee Rich to equal 1 cup.
    Add to flour mixture with bananas, egg whites and oil.
    Mix to blend.
    Fold in cereal, raisins and dates.
    Bake in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
