Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts (pecans are best)
Preparation
- 
                            Mix fruit cocktail, sugar, eggs, flour, soda and vanilla in bowl together. Pour in well greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan. Sprinkle brown sugar, coconut and nuts on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
