Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. whipped topping
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk in bowl; mix well.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Layer graham crackers and pudding 1/2 at a time in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Combine 3 tablespoons milk, butter and chocolate in saucepan.
    Heat until butter and chocolate are melted, stirring to mix well.
    Add confectioners sugar; mix well. Spoon evenly over top.
    Chill until serving time.
    Yield:
    15 servings.
