Springerle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 large eggs
    2 lb. powdered sugar (C&H)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. ammonium carbonate (hartshorn)
    1/2 oz. anise oil
    9 c. all-purpose flour, sifted once
Preparation
    All the ingredients should be at room temperature.
    Baking sheets should be greased and floured.
