Theresa Shea'S Baked Turnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnips
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Pare turnips and cut into cubes.
    Place in baking dish with remaining ingredients.
    Cover closely and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
