Pizza Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) spiral pasta, cooked and drained
    2 (28 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is done. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to two 9 x 13-inch baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and lay pepperoni over the top. You can cover and freeze one of the casseroles for up to 3 months. Bake the second one, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until well heated. To use frozen casserole, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
