Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2/3 cup of butter
    2/3 cup of flour
    6 cups of milk
    3/4 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
    4 green onions chopped and divided
    12 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
    1 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese shredded and divided
    8 ounces of sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hr. Let cool. Scoop out pulp. Set aside, Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture is thickened. Add potatoes, salt and pepper, two tablespoons of green onion, 1/2 of bacon and 1 cup of cheese. Cook until heated well. Stir in sour cream; add extra milk if necessary. Serve with remaining green onion, bacon and cheese.
