Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef chuck
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch pieces and brown in oil.
    Combine rest of ingredients.
    Pour over beef.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over rice or with rolls.
