Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. lemon juice (added to milk)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix well.
Stir in 2 cups shredded peeled zucchini.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Baker's Joy.
Spread cake mix into pan. Sprinkle 2 to 6 ounces of chocolate chips on top of cake.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
