Creole Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. each chopped onion, celery and green pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 cans Italian style chopped tomatoes
    1 c. red wine
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. large prawns
Preparation
    Cook fresh vegetables in olive oil until slightly wilted.
    Add all seasonings.
    Add red wine and tomatoes. Add cleaned and shelled uncooked prawns.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve with steamed rice.
