Microwave Raisin Bread Pudding With Bourbon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices raisin bread, cubed (about 4 c.)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Spread cubes in 10 x 6-inch glass dish.
    Sprinkle with sugar and salt.
    In separate container, microwave milk and butter on High until hot.
    Whisk in eggs and pour over bread.
    Cook on High for 9 minutes or more until knife is clean.
    Rotate once.
